**DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT**

Natural/legal person whose information is provided at registration/checkout.
### 2. Subject
Rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of the **Shipots cloud-based software subscription** service ordered electronically from https://www.shipots.com, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
### 3. Service
- **Name:** Shipots — cloud-based ship/fleet management software subscription
- **Plan / Duration / Price:** As selected and displayed at checkout.
- **Payment:** Credit/debit card via PayTR virtual POS, 3D Secure.
- **VAT:** Included.
### 4. Effective Date
The agreement enters into force upon the Buyer ticking ''I have read and accept'' at checkout and successful completion of payment.
### 5. Performance
Subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation. Activation details are e-mailed to the Buyer.
### 6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Art. 15 of Law No. 6502 and Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation — digital services rendered instantly and intangible goods delivered instantly are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The Buyer acknowledges this by ticking the consent box.
### 7. Invoice
E-invoice is sent within 7 business days to the Buyer's e-mail.
### 8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed under the [KVKK Notice](/en/legal/kvkk) and [Privacy Policy](/en/legal/privacy).
### 9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees / Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence within statutory thresholds; disputes above these thresholds are subject to **Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices**.
### 10. Entry Into Force
This 10-article agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval.
