**DELIVERY & REFUND TERMS** ### 1. Nature of the Service Shipots is a cloud-based software subscription service (SaaS). No physical product is shipped; the service is activated digitally within your user account immediately after payment confirmation. ### 2. Delivery - **Method:** Subscription is automatically activated the moment payment is successfully completed. - **Delivery time:** Typically within 1–2 minutes, at most 1 hour. - **Delivery address:** Account activation details are sent to the e-mail address you provided on sign-up. - **Access:** Sign in at https://app.shipots.com with your e-mail and password. ### 3. Right of Withdrawal Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 Art. 15 and Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15, **there is no right of withdrawal for digital services rendered instantly and for intangible goods delivered instantly.** Since Shipots is activated immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply from the moment the subscription begins. You accept this by approving the Distance Sales Agreement at checkout. ### 4. Refund Conditions While the right of withdrawal does not apply, Shipots prioritizes customer satisfaction and will **evaluate refund requests** in the following cases: 1. **Technical inability to perform:** If the purchased plan is unusable due to a technical fault within the first 7 days. 2. **Duplicate payment:** Accidental multiple payments for the same subscription — the difference is refunded. 3. **Wrong plan selection:** Refund requests made within 24 hours without any use are reviewed. ### 5. Refund Process - Requests are evaluated within 3 business days. - Approved refunds are returned to the original card via **PayTR virtual POS**. - Bank processing may take 2–14 business days. - Refund is issued in TRY at the FX rate at the time of payment. ### 7. Cancellation - You can cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. - After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no new charge is made. - No pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining period. ### 8. Force Majeure Refund obligations do not arise for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, infrastructure provider failures). The service will be extended free of charge by the duration of the interruption. ### 9.
