**TERMS OF SERVICE** By accessing or using Shipots, you agree to these Terms of Service. ### 1. The Service Shipots is a cloud-based ship/fleet management SaaS for shipowners and maritime operators. ### 3. Subscription & Payment Monthly or annual plans. Payments processed by PayTR virtual POS with 3D Secure. **No auto-renewal**; user must initiate a new payment. VAT included. ### 4. User Obligations You are responsible for confidentiality of your credentials. No unlawful use, no violation of third-party rights, no unauthorized access attempts. ### 5. Intellectual Property Name, logo, source code, design and content of Shipots belong to the company. Unauthorized copying, distribution or derivative works prohibited. ### 6. SLA Target uptime 99.5% monthly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Force majeure interruptions are outside SLA. ### 7. Limitation of Liability Service is provided ''as-is''. No liability for indirect damages. Total liability capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. ### 8. Data & Backups Daily backups. After subscription ends, data remains accessible for 30 days, then deleted. Users can export their data before termination. ### 9. Cancellation Users can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Termination Shipots may suspend or terminate service for violation of these Terms. ### 11. Changes Terms may be updated. Significant changes are communicated via e-mail. ### 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction Turkish law applies. For non-consumer users, **Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices** have jurisdiction. Last update: 16 April 2026
