Systematizing Certificate & Survey Tracking on Ships

A ship has dozens of statutory and class certificates plus periodic surveys (annual, intermediate, renewal), each with its own validity window and renewal conditions. Keeping these in an Excel file and in one person's attention is a fragile process.
